Job summary

Fox Fittings in Poland is seeking a dedicated professional to support our Sales Department by processing customer orders, providing service via phone and email, and coordinating order fulfillment for domestic and international clients.

You will prepare commercial and logistics documentation, work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, and build lasting relationships with customers while developing in an international business environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Spanish or French is a strong advantage.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organizational abilities and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to develop in an international environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer sales orders from receipt to completion.
• Provide customer support via phone and email to domestic and international clients.
• Participate in shipment planning and coordinate order fulfillment.
• Prepare commercial and logistics documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Support customer service processes in selected international markets.
• Collaborate with international subsidiaries and branches.
