Brown-Forman in Warsaw is seeking an Order Management specialist for a 12‑month maternity cover. The role is hybrid (4 days in the Warsaw office, Fridays remote) and covers end‑to‑end order management for international customers.

You will process orders in SAP, monitor fulfillment, coordinate with logistics and internal teams, and act as the main contact for distributors, ensuring data accuracy and on‑time shipments. Fluent English is required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations in international business environment.
• Experience working with SAP in a cross‑functional environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Be the single point of contact for dedicated international business customers and distributors.
• Respond to customer requests and queries related to orders and logistics (mainly via email).
• Process and fulfill orders through SAP ERP system and track progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure on‑time deliveries.
