Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Practical experience in HR administration or related HR operations.
• Good understanding of Polish labour law and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative tasks across the employment life cycle and benefits.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners and external payroll/benefits providers.
• Advise employees and managers on HR processes using ServiceNow, phone, and chat.
• Maintain Workday data for personnel, employment, compensation and benefits.
• Support time and attendance processes and system troubleshooting.
• Deliver onboarding and assist pre-boarding documentation.
