2015 UPM-Kymmene Sp.z o.o., in the Kraków area, is seeking an HR Specialist, German speaker to join our Recruitment team. This role focuses on coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a great candidate experience across borders.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, publish job ads, manage applications, and maintain data in Workday while developing your HR knowledge in a global company with hybrid work flexibility and relocation support to Kraków.

Formación

• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Interested in HR and eager to learn how it is organized in a global company.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills, comfortable with a dynamic environment and changing priorities.
• Able to learn new systems quickly.
• Able to work also in a third language - Spanish or Finnish is considered an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Publish job advertisements in agreed channels
• Manage applications and respond to candidates’ inquiries
• Schedule interviews and support a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication
• Collect required information and documentation from selected candidates
• Support hiring-related activities and provide system support to managers
• Maintain accurate recruitment and hiring data in Workday system
• Contribute to projects and initiatives based on current needs, your interests and skills
