Zurich Insurance in Krakow is seeking a Finance Accounting and Reporting Specialist to support the US-based stakeholders and contribute to ICFR controls. You will manage prefunds, funding requests, center invoices, and FAST reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely execution within a matrixed global team.
The role requires 2–3 years in finance, a Finance/Accounting degree, fluent English, advanced Excel skills, and SAP experience.

Job purpose: The ZNA Third Party Administrators (TPA) team works closely with US-based TPAs on a daily basis. TPAs are external partners that provide claims handling services for insured customers and supply Zurich with relevant claims data. Depending on the arrangement, claims may be handled either directly by Zurich or by the appointed TPA. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to local, regional, and global initiatives. We are looking for a proactive and flexible individual with strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a positive, solutions-oriented approach. As a Finance Accounting and Reporting Specialist, you will support the Team Manager, work closely with colleagues, and act as a trusted point of contact for local US stakeholders.

In March 2016 we established a Shared Service Centre in Kraków, in Poland to support our global strategy. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations.
This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków.
