Job summary

UPM is looking for an Intern, Order Management with English to join our team at UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland. You will explore our order management processes and gain practical experience in a global supply chain while contributing to customer service activities.

You will learn Salesforce and SAP practices, assist with basic order entry, and collaborate with international teams to ensure timely responses and smooth coordination.

Qualifications

• Student or university degree holder with basic experience in customer service or order processing.
• Eagerness to learn UPM culture, processes and organization.
• Willing to work with Salesforce and learn SAP functionalities; knowledge of Customer Services or Order Management is a plus.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with internal stakeholders.
• Team-oriented and a good networker.
• Interested in working in international teams and collaborating across functions.
• Fluent in English; German and other European languages are assets.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with basic order entry activities.
• Gradually take over more complex tasks.
• Ensure timely responses to customers.
• Maintain smooth and timely communication with internal stakeholders.
• Provide support to the Order Management Team in ad-hoc situations.

What You Will Do

• Support the team with various tasks, starting with basic order entry activities
• Gain knowledge to gradually take over more complex tasks
• Ensure timely responses to the customers
• Maintain smooth and timely communication with internal stakeholders
• Provide support to the Order Management Team in ad-hoc situations

Who You Are

• You are a student or have a relevant university degree, or basic experience in customer service or order processing
• You are eager to learn UPM’s culture, processes, and organization
• You are willing to work with Salesforce and learn SAP functionalities; knowledge of tools from Customer Cervices or Order Management will be an asset
• You have strong coordination and communication skills with internal stakeholders
• You are team-oriented and a good networker

• You are fluent in English. German and other European languages are considered an asset

Additional Information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Order Management.
