Job summary

Capgemini seeks a professional to support the resource management team in daily tasks and participate in leadership meetings. You will collaborate with stakeholders across practice areas, support reporting and process initiatives, and continuously grow communication and organizational skills.

Ideal candidates bring a strong English background (B2), experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Apps, and a degree in Finance, Economics, CS or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master from Finances, Economic, Computer Science or similar and familiarity with finances.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Power Apps.
• Good command of spoken and written English (B2 level) and good communication skills.

Your profile

• Good command of spoken and written English (B2 level) and good communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Power Apps.
• Bachelor/Master from Finances, Economic, Computer Science or similar and familiarity with finances (Banking, Payments, Capital Markets).
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, problem-solving attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to develop in areas of Business Analys or Software Engineering in the future.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German language.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum ways of working.
• Any portfolio, GitHub repository, university project, or personal application that shows your interest in software development.
