Job summary

Metromakro is seeking a leader to manage the Intercompany team in Szczecin, guiding partner settlements and intercompany invoicing with a focus on accuracy and timely closings.

You will drive end-to-end accounting processes, mentor staff, and implement improvements while collaborating with internal stakeholders in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience in leading or managing a team.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in managing finance and accounting processes.
• SAP FI/CO modules knowledge - strong plus.
• Experience in an international, multicultural environment (SSC/BPO).
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
