Job summary

Amentum in Kraków is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Specialist to join the new IDS team. You will develop and maintain project schedules, analyze performance data, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time.

The role requires knowledge of schedule controls, cost, and risk, with Primavera P6 and MS Project experience. We offer hybrid work, a competitive salary, and a supportive environment focused on safety and professional growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Business, or related field.
Typically 3–5 years’ experience in planning and scheduling, preferably within construction or infrastructure.
Working experience with Primavera P6 is beneficial.
Understanding of integrated project controls concepts (cost, schedule, risk) and schedule integration.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Identify interfaces, dependencies, risks, and opportunities within the schedule.
Coordinate with supply chain to ensure schedule submissions meet contractual requirements.
Maintain schedule integrity through change control and schedule hierarchy.
Prepare integrated Project Controls outputs aligning schedule, cost, and risk data.
Participate in planning workshops, reviews, and coordination meetings.
Monitor schedule performance: progress updates, forecast to complete, variance analysis, trends.
Present schedule data clearly to stakeholders and support supplier schedule validation.
Contribute to continuous improvement in scheduling practices and reporting (Power BI).
