Job summary

Amentum is expanding its Integrated Delivery Solutions team in Kraków and seeks a Senior Planner/Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated project schedules. You will analyze performance data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead scheduling efforts across multiple projects, ensuring schedule integrity and timely delivery.

Fluency in English (B2+), a Master’s degree in a related field, and several years of planning experience are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced scheduling methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Strong data interpretation and actionable insights.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Apply knowledge of planning, scheduling, and related disciplines to support integrated project controls.
• Lead scheduling efforts within projects or programs, mentoring junior staff.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, finance, and stakeholders for schedule alignment.
• Monitor schedule performance metrics and report on EV, SV, and forecast.
• Drive continuous improvement in scheduling practices and tooling.
