Job summary

Amentum is building a new Integrated Delivery Solutions team in Poland. The Senior Planner & Scheduler will develop and maintain integrated project schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project), analyze performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve project outcomes.

The role requires deep planning expertise, cost control and risk awareness, leadership to mentor junior staff, and the ability to work in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of scheduling methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to interpret complex schedule data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Apply knowledge of scheduling to support integrated project controls.
• Mentor junior planners and support their development.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, finance, and stakeholders to align schedules with business goals.
• Monitor schedule performance metrics and risk impacts.
