Job summary

You’ll build relationships and help navigate governance requirements across the business. You will coordinate reviews, maintain documentation, monitor risks, and prepare leadership information.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, compliance, controls, operations, audit, risk or a similar area.
• Ability to work with policies, processes and documentation in a structured way.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Experience working with reports, data or other information to help identify issues and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Supporting regular governance reviews of products and delegated authority arrangements.
• Maintaining governance records, registers and documentation with accuracy.
• Collaborating with Product Governance, Risk & Compliance, Legal and business teams.
• Monitoring information to identify risks, issues or areas for improvement.
• Preparing reports and management information for collaborators and leadership teams.
• Answering governance-related questions and guiding teams through required processes.
• Ensuring internal policies and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Contributing to initiatives focused on improving processes and data quality.
• Building strong working relationships across the organisation.
