Job summary

Aon UK Limited is seeking a Product Governance professional to coordinate governance activities for insurance products and delegated authority arrangements. The role collaborates with multiple teams to ensure timely actions, accurate information, and compliant processes.

You will help maintain governance records, support day-to-day governance tasks, and contribute to initiatives that improve data quality and workflows while building strong internal relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in governance, compliance, controls, operations, audit, risk or a similar area.
  • Ability to work with policies, processes and documentation in a structured way.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Experience working with reports, data or other information to help identify issues and support decision-making.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with different stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting regular reviews of products and delegated authority arrangements, helping ensure all required actions are completed and documented.
  • Maintaining governance records, registers and documentation, making sure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Working with colleagues from Product Governance, Risk & Compliance, Legal and business teams to support day-to-day governance activities.
  • Monitoring key information and helping identify potential risks, issues or areas for improvement.
  • Preparing reports, summaries and management information for collaborators and leadership teams.
  • Supporting business teams with governance-related questions and helping them navigate required processes.
  • Helping ensure internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements are followed consistently.
  • Contributing to projects and initiatives focused on improving processes, data quality and ways of working.
  • Building strong working relationships throughout the organization and collaborating with a wide range of partners.

Are you looking for a role where you can work with different teams, build strong stakeholder relationships and help ensure governance activities run smoothly and effectively?

Join our Product Governance team and support the governance of insurance products, delegated authority arrangements and business processes across Aon UK Limited.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Krakow office, in line with Aon's Smart Working Policy.

What the day will look like

In this role, you'll help coordinate and support governance activities related to insurance products and delegated authority arrangements across Aon UK Limited.   • Cert CII qualification (or willingness to work towards one) would be an advantage.
