Qualifications

• Minimum experience in insurance operations or policy administration.
• Strong English written and verbal communication required.
• Knowledge of Spanish is a strong advantage (B1+).
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy with policy data.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to developing insurance and technical knowledge.
• Fundamental understanding of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-bind transactions, endorsements and renewals.
• Validate policy and premium data for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist policy administration and underwriting across European products.
• Manage email workflow triage and internal requests.
• Support submission and reference generation with compliance checks.
• Maintain policy and client data across systems and docs.
• Analyze documents: policies, endorsements, binders, slips.
• Prepare and review policy documentation for quality and accuracy.
• Assist with records management and filing across systems.
• Perform compliance checks for relevant lines of business.
• Support pipeline management and renewal processing.
• Enter and maintain policy, risk, and binder data in systems.
• Conduct quality reviews and rectify discrepancies.
• Collaborate with underwriting and operations to ensure timely processing.
• Adapt to new systems and product requirements as needed.
• Liaise with development, operations and underwriting teams.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer within the team.
