You will manage client interactions, interpret policy data, and drive efficiency with automation while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in finance, technical accounting, credit control, or a related field.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance or reinsurance industry.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working in an international SSC/BPO environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in digital tools and experience using AI-supported solutions to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• Proactive mindset with a strong focus on process improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team responsible for Billing & Collection and Technical Accounting processes.
• Manage client-facing interactions and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Interpret policy documentation, premium data, binders, and statements of account.
• Monitor team performance, quality, and delivery against business objectives.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback and development activities.
• Support organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and team administration processes.
