Job summary

Awareson Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Business / System Analyst (Insurance) to bridge business and IT across our insurance products. This remote role (hybrid in Warsaw possible) requires translating requirements into technical specs and ensuring data mappings align with business needs.

You will gather requirements, analyze data structures, verify data using SQL, and collaborate with development and testing teams through implementation. Start ASAP; contract is full-time with hourly rate 110-140 PLN.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry and understanding of insurance products.
• Hands-on SQL skills and ability to analyze data independently.
• Experience in migration or implementation projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map insurance products between systems in close cooperation with the business
• Gather requirements from business teams and agree on data mapping rules
• Analyze data structures and verify data accuracy using SQL queries
• Work with the development and testing teams at every stage of implementing changes
