Your role

As an Innovation & New Product Development Specialist, you will lead and support multiple product and packaging innovation projects from concept through to launch for a leading CPG client. Working closely with the Senior Innovation Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards. This role combines strong project management expertise with innovation, marketing, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Your tasks

• Provide project management support for product and packaging innovation projects from concept development, feasibility validation, R&D, business proposal and approval stages.
• Coordinate project kick-offs and align stakeholders on scope, timelines, and objectives.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools and spreadsheets.
• Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate key project meetings (kick-offs, status updates, lessons learned) and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Collaborate closely with senior team members to support day‑to‑day project execution.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of project documentation and supporting materials.
• Conduct post‑project reviews and apply learnings to drive continuous improvement.

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in new product development, marketing or project management roles (ideally in a CPG or FMCG environment).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of product and packaging innovation or new product development processes.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar).
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
