Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking a Workplace Engineer to deliver reliable end-user computing by managing workstation images, software packaging, and deployment activities. You will ensure secure, up-to-date technologies for both office and remote environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with SCCM, AVD, and Windows administration, plus the ability to work independently within a collaborative team. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SCCM including packaging, deployment, and ongoing management.
• Experience managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Knowledge of Windows and Windows Server administration.
• Skilled at delivering and supporting end-user computing solutions in enterprise environments.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English.

Your role

As a Workplace Engineer, you will help deliver a reliable and efficient end-user computing environment by managing workstation images, software packaging, and deployment activities. You will play a key role in ensuring employees have access to secure, up-to-date workplace technologies, supporting productivity across both office and remote working environments.

Your tasks

• Create and maintain workstation and operating system images.
• Create software packages for deployment across the workplace environment.
• Test workstation images to ensure quality, performance, and compliance.
• Test software packages prior to deployment.
• Deploy software packages using enterprise deployment tools.
• Manage and execute image deployment activities across end-user devices.

Your profile

• You have experience creating, managing, and maintaining golden images and workstation images.
• You have strong hands-on experience with SCCM, including software packaging, deployment, and ongoing package management.
• You have experience managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• You have knowledge of Windows and Windows Server administration.
• You are skilled in delivering and supporting end-user computing solutions in enterprise environments.
• You apply a structured and quality-focused approach when testing and deploying images and software packages.
• You are able to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
• You are fluent in French and English.
