Job summary

INFUSE in Poland is seeking a Middle+ Project Manager to lead AI and technology projects across business and technical teams, shaping requirements and driving implementation of process improvements.

You will own projects end-to-end, plan budgets, allocate resources, and manage risk while coordinating across departments. Familiarity with no-code tools is a plus. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 1 PM–9 PM EET.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in product or startup environments.
• Experience managing digital products, SaaS, technology, or AI-related projects.
• Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced).
• Experience with AI-powered products, AI solutions, or AI-enabled business processes.
• Hands-on experience analyzing and improving business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end across departments within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Own project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Analyze workflows and translate them into actionable project requirements.
• Drive business process improvements through research, data analysis, and gap analysis.

We are seeking a Middle+ Project Manager with strong project management experience to lead projects involving innovative AI and technology solutions.

This role is focused on project ownership and delivery, working across business and technical teams to understand stakeholder needs, shape requirements, and drive the implementation of technology and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end and coordinate multiple projects across departments, ensuring project goals are achieved within scope, timeline, and budget
• Own project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
• Analyze workflows and business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate them into actionable project requirements
• Drive business process improvements through research, process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis
• Work with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to clarify requirements, report progress, present results, and manage expectations
• Organize the work of cross-functional business and technical teams, including scope, priorities, and backlog
• Lead implementation and change management, ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth adoption
• Coordinate the integration of business systems, processes, and technology solutions

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Project Management experience, with proven experience leading projects from initial request through implementation
• Experience working in a product company or startup with internal stakeholders and users
• Experience managing digital products, SaaS, technology, or AI-related projects
• Experience with AI-powered products, AI solutions, or AI-enabled business processes
• Hands-on experience analyzing and improving business workflows, with proven implementation beyond development processes and default SDLC processes
• Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level)
• Background in Business Analysis or Product Management is a plus
• Proficiency in no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt is a plus
