The minimum monthlygross compensation for this role is 25 760 PLN grosswith final pay determined based on objective factors such as experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility, and internal alignment. This position is eligible forvariable pay components, such as performance‑based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.

By connecting data, platforms, and processes, you will contribute directly to our mission to de‑risk decisions and increase productivity across preclinical development. You will work closely with business and IT partners to define a clear architectural vision and drive its implementation.
