Job summary

KUBO in Warsaw is seeking a Lead Data Architect to shape the data architecture strategy for the Product Supply domain, balancing enterprise considerations with hands-on leadership.

You will design scalable data platforms, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders on AI and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing data architecture for enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling.
• Experience in designing data integration architecture.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and solutions.
• Experience in designing and developing modern data platforms.
• Experience in defining target architecture and technical standards.
• Experience in Product Supply, Supply Chain, FMCG, CPG, or production/operational environments.
• Practical experience with the Azure platform, particularly Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
• Experience in leading technical teams and mentoring architects and engineers.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, RAG, Machine Learning, and AI-enabled applications.

The position combines enterprise data architecture, technical leadership and hands‑on. In this role, you will shape the data architecture strategy for the Product Supply domain and drive the design of scalable, secure and future‑ready data platforms supporting advanced analytics and AI.

• Salary: PLN 25,000-32,000 gross PLN/month+ annual bonus
