Job summary

DataRiseLab is seeking a hands-on AI Architect & Consultant to design and implement production-grade AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will create AI agents, multi-agent systems, MCP integrations and RAG workflows, and integrate AI with enterprise data platforms.

The role combines architecture work with hands-on implementation, plus client consulting and presales. Polish and English proficiency are required; remote work with international clients across Europe is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience in software engineering, AI, Machine Learning or data solutions.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM-based applications and RAG.
• Understanding of AI agents, tool calling and agent orchestration.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, including regression, classification and forecasting.
• Experience in designing and deploying production-grade cloud solutions.
• Ability to combine architecture work with hands-on implementation.
• Ability to move quickly from an idea to a working solution.
• Strong ownership, curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging technologies.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve engineering productivity and software delivery.
• Ability to balance rapid experimentation with security, maintainability and production quality.
• Good communication skills and experience working with technical and business stakeholders.
• Good command of English.
• Very good command of Polish.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands‑on AI Architect & Consultant (project - based assignment) who will design and build production‑grade AI solutions for our clients using Microsoft Azure. You will work on agentic systems, AI agents, MCP integrations and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation solutions. Our projects also include Machine Learning and forecasting, so practical experience in these areas is important. We are looking for someone with a strong innovative mindset, high ownership and a bias toward action. Someone who actively explores new AI technologies, quickly validates ideas through prototypes and uses AI-powered development practices to accelerate delivery without compromising solution quality. This role combines architecture, implementation, client consulting and presales.
