Job summary

Werfen in Poland seeks an Applications Specialist to deliver training, provide first-level support and support installations for Diagnostic Laboratories. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure effective application use and high satisfaction across Poland.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a scientific/technical field, knowledge of Diagnostic Laboratories, and English/Polish proficiency. SAP and MS Office experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluations of Werfen solutions for prospective customers and assist pre-sales activities.

Job Summary

This position ensures an excellent level of consultancy and support to our clients and internal stakeholders in Poland by providing application training, technical product information updates, first-level application support, troubleshooting and on-site activities supporting Diagnostic Laboratories.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide both theoretical and practical application training to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide phone, email, and on-site first-level application support and troubleshooting to clients. Provide on-site application support for installations and customer needs across Poland.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient support and customer satisfaction. Organize regular visits across Poland to provide application support. Support customers with a consultancy approach in optimizing the use of Werfen solutions and applications.
• Adopt and implement Corporate support initiatives within the Polish market. Define KPIs to maintain an excellent level of application support for our customers.
• Act as primary contact for the troubleshooting of quality and performance issues, open and follow up complaints when applicable, and upscale to the SBU when needed.
• Cooperate with other internal representatives to support the Company's commercial strategy, including the support of IT solution implementation.
• Share technical product information updates with all pertinent stakeholders. Regularly upload and update internal communication channels with relevant documentation such as operator manuals, product information and other relevant materials and resources to technically support clients and internal stakeholders.
• Organize support meetings and conference calls with clients to share information and align application strategies and actions. Keep the internal team and management updated on key support projects, actions and initiatives.
• Attend international meetings to remain current on technical updates, best practices, application strategy and corporate projects.
• Support internal stakeholders with tender technical specifications and other pre-sales activities when required. Support evaluations of Werfen solutions for prospective customers.

• Relevant external stakeholders in their area of responsibility.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position

Education: Master's Degree in a scientific, technical or biomedical field.

Experience:

• Specific technical and scientific knowledge in Diagnostic Laboratories.
• Technical background. Preferably knowledge on IVD industry.
