Job summary
Indsci is seeking an experienced Global NPI Manufacturing Systems Engineer in Wrocław, Poland. This role involves supporting new product introductions and designing robust manufacturing systems to ensure successful global launches.
You will collaborate with international teams across various functions to ensure manufacturable and high-quality product designs. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in NPI and manufacturing industrialisation, along with strong DFMEA and PFMEA skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering or NPI environments.
- Strong understanding of DFM/DFA principles.
- Experience with manufacturing process development and validation.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing engineering activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
- Define manufacturing strategies, process architectures, and assembly methodologies.
- Collaborate globally with Design Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations.
