Job summary

Jobtailor in Poznań is seeking a BI specialist to design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.

You will build semantic models, translate requirements, ensure data accuracy, and guide end users in leveraging reporting assets. This role works with data engineers and platform teams to improve data availability and quality, and supports queries via TopDesk.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BI, reporting, or analytics.
• Strong Power BI development experience.
• Good SQL skills for data querying and validation.
• Experience designing and maintaining semantic models.
• Solid understanding of DAX and data relationships.
• Experience gathering requirements and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Understanding of reporting best practices and data visualization principles.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Power BI development

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Approximately 3 or more years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Analytics
• Demonstrated experience delivering Power BI solutions used by business stakeholders
• Experience working directly with business users to define reporting requirements
• Track record of maintaining and improving semantic models and reporting assets
