Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1+ year of indirect supply chain experience preferred.
- Experience with Professional Services categories (HR, IT, Legal, Facilities).
- Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions.
- Strong analytical and strategic decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Global Category Managers on Professional Services.
- Negotiate cost savings and rebates; report savings.
- Monitor expiring contracts and assist with renewals.
- Lead RFP/RFQ processes; supplier evaluation and negotiations.
- Support spend analytics, strategy development, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure compliance with export control regulations and company policies.
- Work with Buyers to align category strategies and objectives.
