Far From Home is seeking a Marketing Manager to craft and run marketing campaigns for our upcoming and current games, collaborating closely with the development team.

You will partner with the Marketing Director and Community & Content Manager to support updates, platform releases, game announcements, launches, and sustained visibility. A proactive, hands-on marketer in a small agile team is essential.

Competenze

• Experience publishing at least one video game.
• Direct experience creating and managing a game marketing campaign from announcement to launch.
• Strong understanding of digital game marketing, storefront visibility, and platform promotion opportunities.
• Experience working with Steamworks and familiarity with console backend tools.

Mansioni

• Create and execute marketing campaigns with assets, deadlines, owners, and platform requirements.
• Brief and update store materials (capsules, screenshots, trailers, descriptions, patch notes, promos).
• Keep store pages up to date and aligned with campaigns using PC/console tools.
• Track platform opportunities (Steam events, festivals, deals, promotions).
• Plan player-facing content (dev blogs, behind‑the‑scenes, update spotlights, WIP materials).
• Assist with press, influencer, platform, PR, and partner communication.
• Track campaign performance (wishlists, CTRs, sales, engagement, store metrics).
• Represent the studio at industry events and coordinate with external partners.
