Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an IES Assistant Manager to lead the Independence (PCIP/AQIP) team within Risk Management Services. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure timely delivery, and drive continuous improvement across global processes in collaboration with teams in India and Manila.

The role requires strong English, 2–4 years in Risk Management, and experience in Independence concepts. You will manage people, KPIs, and stakeholder relationships while supporting project assignments.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills in English.
• 2–4 years of experience in a corporate Risk Management environment.
• Understanding of auditor independence concepts and related processes.
• Proficient MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of PCIP/AQIP teams within Independence.
• Oversee reconciliation, research and recommendations by analysts.
• Manage team performance, workload allocation and process execution.
• Lead knowledge calibration sessions and address process questions.
