Job summary

EY GDS Poland in Katowice offers a hybrid role in Risk Management Services (RMS) focused on independence policies and internal controls. You will learn and apply policies, review documents, and perform research with global teams to support EY’s independence compliance.

Ideal candidates have a degree in economics/finance or related fields (or are in progress) and possess strong communication, research skills, and a willingness to learn new tools.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong written/verbal communication.
• Attention to details and demonstrable research skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Independence policies and processes using global tools.
• Review and validate documents related to personal independence.
• Conduct secondary research using internal and external databases.
• Perform reconciliation, research and provide preliminary recommendations.
• Communicate with global teams to follow up on requests and ensure timely completion.
• Share insights and ideas to improve processes and contribute to special projects.
• Provide additional support in dedicated projects/task assignments.
