Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Risk Associate to support Independence policies and processes within the Risk Management Services (RMS) function. You will learn global standards, review documentation for personal independence, and perform research using EY's internal and external databases.

You will collaborate with teams across EY worldwide, provide preliminary recommendations, and contribute to process improvements while supporting various projects. A hybrid work setup is available in Katowice.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and analytical skills requiring careful attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) and a willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Independence policies and processes using global tools and databases.
• Review and validate documents related to personal independence for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct secondary research using internal and external databases.
• Perform reconciliation, research and provide preliminary recommendations.
• Communicate with global teams to follow up on requests and ensure timely completion.
• Share insights and ideas to improve processes and contribute to special projects.
• Provide additional support in dedicated projects/task assignments.
