Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Poland is seeking an IES Assistant Manager for PCIP/AQIP to lead day-to-day operations of the Independence teams. You will manage people, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvements while supporting stakeholders and global coordination.

The role focuses on delivering timely, accurate services, meeting KPIs, and maintaining auditor independence compliance within EY’s global framework. Strong English and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with focus on data and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Experience in Risk Management or Independence-related controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee PCIP/AQIP processes and team performance.
• Coordinate with cross-location teams (India, Manila) for delivery.
• Perform reconciliations, research, and recommendations from analysts.
