Job summary

GFT Technologies Poland is seeking an experienced Incident Operations professional to manage real-time incident response, impact assessment, and external communications across global production systems.

You will work at the intersection of Site Reliability Engineering, Incident Response, and Partner Operations to ensure timely, accurate, and SLA-aligned updates while driving reliability improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Incident Operations, SRE, Tech Ops, or similar roles.
• Experience in on-call environments with SLA-driven duties.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and production environments.
• Hands-on Python or Kotlin experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to production incidents in real time.
• Coordinate incident response activities across teams to meet SLAs.
• Assess impact, determine severity, and communicate status externally.
• Support RCA activities, incident reporting, and SLA tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve reliability and observability.
• Drive automation initiatives and reliability tooling.
