Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Specification Sales Engineer for Low Voltage Power Distribution in Warsaw or Łódź, Poland. You will expand Eaton’s network of specifying entities and influence project specifications throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include territory planning, lead qualification, building strategic partnerships, and managing the project pipeline with cross-functional teams to drive opportunity conversion and solution adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent knowledge.
• 2–5 years of experience in related fields.
• Fluent Polish and English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new specification opportunities with market intelligence.
• Develop and execute territory strategy to engage key specifications.
• Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities for value.
• Build relationships with consultants, engineers and end-users.
• Manage pipeline and quotes using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering and operations teams.
