Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Specification Sales Engineer for Low Voltage Power Distribution in Poland, with options to base in Warsaw or Łódź. You will expand Eaton’s reach by building a network of specifying entities, influencing project specifications early, and navigating the design and procurement stages.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical specification sales or design, plus fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent education.
• 2–5 years of relevant specification sales engineering experience in electrical power distribution or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and manage specification opportunities across design offices, consultants, and end-users.
• Develop territory plans to maximize engagement with key specification entities and project influencers.
• Qualify leads to prioritize high-impact opportunities and convert them into Eaton projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with priority specifying entities to influence project direction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to capture customer requirements and translate them into compelling Eaton concepts.
• Manage the pipeline, opportunities, and quotes using Salesforce for timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure aligned execution and compliance.
