Qualifications

• Educational background: bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in specification sales or related roles.
• Experience with Low Voltage products and building projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue specification opportunities through market intelligence and outreach.
• Develop territory strategy to engage key specifying entities and influencers.
• Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities aligned with Eaton’s value proposition.
• Build strategic partnerships with consultants, engineers, and end-users.
• Define account engagement plans aligned with long-term goals.
• Conduct discovery to uncover technical and commercial drivers behind projects.
• Draft initial technical and commercial concepts positioning Eaton as preferred solution.
• Coordinate handover of specification details to internal teams for execution.
• Lead business reviews to assess pipeline, satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and quotes using Salesforce; ensure accurate CRM updates.
