Job summary

Luxoft Poland invites an L2 Support Engineer / Manual QA Engineer to join our IoT/IIoT diagnostics team in Poland. You will ensure reliability of telemetry-driven systems, perform root-cause analysis, and validate fixes across edge and cloud environments.

You will also conduct manual functional, integration, and regression testing of UI, API, and backend layers, validating end-to-end data flows from devices through brokers to dashboards, while using Modbus and MQTT protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as Manual QA Engineer and L2 Support Engineer.
• Strong experience with telemetry and time-series data.
• Hands-on knowledge of industrial protocols like Modbus and MQTT.
• Experience validating end-to-end data flows from devices to dashboards.
• Ability to diagnose issues using logs, metrics, and telemetry streams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability and quality of telemetry-driven IIoT systems across edge and cloud environments.
• Perform second-line support and quality validation for IoT/IIoT systems.
• Conduct manual functional, integration, and regression testing for UI, API, and backend layers.
• Validate data flows from devices/gateways through brokers to dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and L3 teams to validate fixes and configurations.
