Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a Senior Automation QA Engineer to join the Market Connectivity team in Wrocław, focusing on ultra-low latency trading systems and exchange connectivity for global markets.

You will design strategies, develop Python-based test frameworks, and automate API/integration/end-to-end tests, ensuring reliability and performance of trading gateways and market data workflows in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software testing and test automation.
• Hands-on Python development for automation tasks.
• Experience designing and maintaining automated test suites.
• Expertise in API, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.
• Experience with PyTest, Playwright, or Selenium.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern delivery practices.
• Strong SQL knowledge and database testing.
• Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Design test strategies and automation approaches for low-latency trading platforms and exchange connectivity solutions
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and test suites using Python
• Create automated API, integration, end-to-end, and regression tests for trading and market connectivity workflows
• Validate exchange connectivity, market data flows, and order processing across global trading venues
• Verify the functional correctness, reliability, and performance of trading gateways and market access components
• Analyze business requirements and latency-sensitive trading workflows to ensure effective test coverage
• Investigate test failures, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to the quality, stability, and production readiness of trading systems
