FTD Limited in Poland provides infrastructure, accounting and operations support for a foreign company. You will maintain IFRS records within the Brokerage House's COA, and assist in building the accounting infrastructure for new products in Financial Markets.

Responsibilities include preparing IFRS calculations, handling month-end closing, invoices, and CRM-driven deposits/withdrawals, including cryptocurrency collateral, and finalizing the monthly trial balance for audits.

Formación

• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with standard office programs.
• Experience with IFRS reporting, especially for financial markets.
• Knowledge of FX accounting and the Brokerage House Chart of Accounts is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain IFRS records within the Brokerage House COA.
• Prepare calculations for IFRS records and reflect them in accounting.
• Finalize month-end trial balance and support audit requests.
• Monitor, control, and reconcile customer and LP accounts.
• Process invoices, create bank payment templates and follow up with officials.
• Handle CRM-based transactions and track deposits/withdrawals, including cryptocurrency collateral.

• Within the scope of our agreement, the foreign company that is provided with infrastructure, accounting and operations support,
• Keeping accounting records in IFRS within the framework of the Brokerage House's chart of accounts. (Securities Accounting)
• Supporting the development of the appropriate accounting infrastructure for new products launched by the Company in Financial Markets.
• Preparing the necessary calculations for IFRS records and reflecting them in accounting.
• Preparation of accounting audit requests within the scope of independent audit.
• Monitoring, controlling and reconciling customer and LP accounts.
• Accounting for company invoices, preparing instructions and templates for bank payments and sharing them with company officials and following them up.
• Performing the transactions related to the Finance Operations unit within the procedures via the CRM system. (Systematic and documentary tracking of customer deposit/withdrawal transactions, realization, monitoring and control of Cryptocurrency collateral acceptance transactions through the CRM/Platform.)
• Finalizing month-end trial balance.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Economics or Finance departments of universities,
• Knowledge of FX accounting and knowledge of the Brokerage House Chart of Accounts is preferred.
• Experienced in IFRS reporting (Especially Financial Markets Applications)
• Strong data analysis skills, experienced in office programs
