Job summary

Vector Synergy in Warsaw, Poland seeks an experienced ICT Disaster Recovery specialist to drive DR governance, planning, testing and reporting within the Data Centre Team. You will coordinate across infrastructure, operations, security and vendors to ensure readiness and compliant governance.

The role requires ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent, 5+ years in IT operations and 3+ years in DR/BC coordination, with NATO Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum English language proficiency: B2 (CEFR).
• Minimum IT-related professional experience: 5 years.
• Minimum experience in a similar position: 3 years.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent.
• At least 1 international certification in Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery.
• Good understanding of ICT Disaster Recovery governance and operations.
• Ability to translate BCM requirements into ICT DR activities and deliverables.
• Strong coordination across infrastructure, operations, security, vendors and BCM.

Responsibilities

• Support Data Centre Team Lead in coordinating ICT DR workstream.
• Contribute to ICT DR plan definition, review, and upkeep.
• Coordinate DR planning, testing, reporting and remediation.
• Maintain DR readiness visibility with dashboards and evidence status.
• Act as focal point for ICT DR coordination with BCM and stakeholders.
