Job summary

Mycompas is seeking an experienced ICT Disaster Recovery specialist to join our Data Centre Team in Warsaw. You will translate BCM requirements and DR expectations into structured ICT DR activities, coordinate planning, testing and remediation, and report readiness with dashboards and evidence status.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in IT operations, 3 years in a similar role, ITIL 4 Foundation, and certifications such as CBCI or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer.

Qualifications

• Minimum English language proficiency: B2 (CEFR)
• Minimum IT-related professional experience: 5 years
• Minimum experience in a similar position: 3 years
• ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent
• At least 1 certification among CBCI or equivalent, DRI ABCP / CBCP or equivalent, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or equivalent BC/DR certification

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ICT DR workstream within the Data Centre Team.
• Contribute to ICT DR plan definition, review, and upkeep for in-scope services.
• Coordinate the DR planning, testing, reporting, and remediation cycle.
• Maintain DR readiness visibility through dashboards, evidence status, and action tracking.
• Act as the Data Centre Team focal point for ICT DR coordination with BCM and internal stakeholders.
