We are looking for an experienced DR Governance Program Lead to join our team in Warsaw, supporting ICT Disaster Recovery governance and operational readiness within a complex Data Centre environment.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
- Support the Data Centre Team Lead in coordinating the ICT Disaster Recovery workstream.
- Contribute to the definition, review and maintenance of ICT DR plans.
- Coordinate DR planning, testing, reporting and remediation cycles.
- Maintain DR readiness visibility through dashboards, evidence status and action tracking.
- Act as a focal point for DR coordination with Business Continuity Management (BCM) and internal stakeholders.
- Translate BCM requirements and Business Impact Analysis (BIA) outputs into structured ICT DR activities and deliverables.
- Coordinate activities across infrastructure, operations, applications, security, IAM, vendors and BCM stakeholders.
- Maintain DR governance artefacts, review cycles, ownership models and readiness reporting.
- Define and monitor DR readiness KPIs and dashboards.
- Support follow-up, escalation and management reporting.
Requirements
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Candidates must hold:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- An ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent;
AND at least one of the following:
- CBCI or equivalent
- DRI ABCP / CBCP or equivalent
- ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure coordination, resilience, continuity support or service governance.
- At least 3 years of experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity support, resilience coordination or service recovery governance.
- Good understanding of ICT Disaster Recovery governance and operational readiness in IT/Data Centre environments.
- Experience in DR planning, test-cycle coordination, reporting and remediation tracking.
- Working knowledge of backup, restore, replication, failover/failback and service recovery.
- Good understanding of major incident, change and problem management processes.
- Proven experience coordinating activities across multiple technical teams.
- Experience maintaining plans, reports, action trackers, test calendars and governance artefacts.
- Strong communication, facilitation, follow-up and escalation management skills.
- Ability to drive actions through to closure.
- Experience in regulated, critical or audit-sensitive environments is an advantage.
