Job summary

Frontex Warsaw is seeking a Disaster Recovery Governance Program Lead to coordinate ICT DR activities within the Data Centre Team. The role combines governance, planning, testing and reporting to ensure readiness and action closure.

Hybrid work arrangement: 70% on-site at Frontex HQ, 30% remote, with a 48-month mission and security clearance requirements. Travel allowances are included per four-year period.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations, infrastructure coordination or governance.
• At least 3 years in disaster recovery or resilience coordination.
• Proven cross-functional coordination across multiple technical teams.
• Experience maintaining plans, reports, trackers or artefacts.
• Ability to support management reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in regulated or audit-sensitive environments is an advantage.
• Strong ownership mindset driving actions to closure.
• Work as part of the Data Centre Team and support ICT DR activities.
• PSC at CONFIDENTIEL UE/EU CONFIDENTIAL level is optional

Responsibilities

• Support the Data Centre Team Lead in coordinating the ICT DR workstream.
• Contribute to ICT DR plan definition, review and upkeep for in-scope services.
• Coordinate the DR planning, testing, reporting and remediation cycle.
• Maintain DR readiness visibility through dashboards, evidence status and action tracking.
• Act as the Data Centre Team focal point for ICT DR coordination towards BCM and internal stakeholders.
