Job summary

Arρs Group, Part of Accenture, is seeking an experienced ICT Disaster Recovery coordinator to support the Data Centre Team Lead in DR planning, testing and governance activities. You will work across infrastructure, operations, applications, security and IAM to ensure DR readiness and reporting.

The role requires strong English communications, 5+ years in IT operations with DR exposure, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT operations experience with resilience or continuity focus.
• At least 3 years in disaster recovery, business continuity support, or service governance.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ICT DR activities across the Data Centre environment.
• Maintain DR readiness dashboards, evidence repositories and governance reporting.
• Translate BCM and BIA outputs into ICT DR deliverables.
• Monitor DR readiness KPIs, action status and remediation progress.
• Act as focal point for ICT DR coordination with BCM stakeholders and service owners.
