Job summary

Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated Disaster Recovery Governance Program Lead to coordinate ICT DR workstreams in Data Centre environments.

You will help define, maintain, and continuously improve DR plans for in-scope services while coordinating testing, reporting and remediation activities. You will monitor DR readiness, collect evidence, and report status to BCM teams and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years IT operations and Data Centre experience.
• At least 3 years in Disaster Recovery/BCP/operational readiness.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent and 1 certified BCM/DR credential.
• Strong ICT DR governance, resilience and recovery management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ICT Disaster Recovery workstreams across Data Centre environments.
• Define and maintain ICT DR plans for in-scope services.
• Coordinate DR planning, testing, reporting, and remediation actions.
• Monitor DR readiness via dashboards, evidence collection, status reporting and action tracking.
• Serve as primary contact with BCM teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Group policies.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
