Job summary

Amex GBT in Poland seeks an IAM Governance Analyst to support User Access Reviews and compliance activities. The role sits at the intersection of audit and IAM operations, focusing on evidence-based controls and timely campaign closures.

You will manage campaigns in Saviynt or similar IGA platforms, document outcomes for audit readiness, and help remediate gaps with cross-functional teams. A hands-on, audit-minded approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GRC, internal audit, IT compliance, or IAM.
• Hands-on experience with an IGA platform such as Saviynt or SailPoint.
• Experience supporting audit and compliance activities including evidence gathering and control testing.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, ISO, SOX, SOC2, or Privacy and how they translate to access controls.
• Ability to analyze access data, identify anomalies, and communicate findings clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data validation, large datasets).
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead User Access Reviews and campaigns end-to-end using Saviynt or other IGA platforms.
• Monitor campaign progress, ensure timely closures, and document audit-ready records.
• Support audit inquiries with clear, accurate evidence and responses.
• Identify gaps in access controls and drive remediation with cross-functional teams.
