Job summary

CAPCO POLAND is seeking an experienced IAM Governance Consultant based in Poland to help drive enterprise-wide governance initiatives. You will analyze existing IAM governance frameworks, identify gaps, and translate requirements into actionable guidelines, working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

You will lead workshops, deliver recommendations, and monitor progress, ensuring Joiner-Mover-Leaver, recertification, and application onboarding processes are optimized.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in IAM Governance, Identity Management, or User Access Management programmes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize IAM Governance processes, including JML, Recertification, and Application Onboarding.
• Review project findings, identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, with practical recommendations.
• Develop, maintain, and improve group-wide IAM Governance guidelines, standards, and documentation.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, governance forums, and recurring meetings to drive alignment and decisions.
