Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group is seeking an Identity & Access Management Specialist proficient in SailPoint IIQ to join our client-focused team in Poland. You will review access, analyze permissions, and translate business needs into IAM actions across enterprise environments.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Identity & Access Management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Access review and analysis of application security and user access management
• Analyze access-related data to identify inactive or excessive permissions
• Assess findings and recommend actions based on business requirements
• Engage with business stakeholders and system providers to gather information
• Collaborate with IAM experts to formulate mitigation actions
• Onboard or cleanup of SailPoint IIQ access groups, user access and service accounts
• Prioritize efforts and manage scope changes
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
