Tate & Lyle is seeking a Transaction Processing Analyst for its Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments within the Purchase-to-Pay process, manage vendor inquiries, and support period-end close.

Qualifications

• Experience with Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Ability to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Strong understanding of month-end closing activities and balance sheet reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices or payments accurately and on time.
• Resolve vendor and business queries effectively.
• Perform month-end closing activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports.
• Create and update Detailed Process Manuals.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs and contribute to continuous improvements.
