Job summary

Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź is seeking a P2P Coordinator to ensure accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and compliance. You will manage day-to-day operations, resolve vendor queries, and drive process improvements within a collaborative SSC environment.

Strong English, SAP and Excel skills are required, along with experience in end-to-end P2P. Hybrid work arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Finance and Accounting or similar field.
• Experience in P2P process and SSC environments is required.
• Knowledge of internal controls and KPIs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with 3-way matching and proper tax calculation.
• Handle month-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Respond to vendor questions and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Develop and update detailed process manuals and internal controls.
• Support system enhancements with the Service Desk and project teams.
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.
