Job summary

A global food company is seeking a Junior Transaction Processing Analyst in Łódź, Poland. In this role, you will ensure accurate processing of invoices and payments while maintaining compliance with corporate policies. You will handle vendor queries, month-end closing activities, and contribute to process improvements. Ideal candidates will have a background in finance, strong English skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers hybrid working and extensive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Good command of the English language, both verbal and in writing (B2).
• Strong Finance and Accounting knowledge.
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Access (V-Lookups, Pivots, etc).

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process invoices and payments, meeting expectations.
• Resolve vendor queries and issues effectively.
• Manage month-end closing activities and reconciliations.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines.
